Eduardo Caruz advises on drafting urban development plans, and on the incorporation and operation of partner town planning entities. He also advises public administrations and private entities on contracts.
He lectures on administrative law at the Universidad de Sevilla, the Instituto Andaluz de Administraciones Públicas, the Universidad Internacional de Andalucia, the Instituto de Práctica Empresarial, the Instituto Cajasol, the Andalusian Confederation of Companies, FIDAS and other institutions.
He has carried out research (with grants from the Ministry of Education for research staff between 1998 and 2001) at the Public Law Department of the Università degli Studi di Firenze (Florence), the Real Colegio Complutense at Harvard University and Harvard Law School (Boston), and the Ecole du Louvre (Paris).
He has coauthored two legal monographs and many scholarly articles.
