Edgar Preixens

Edgar Preixens advises national and international clients on M&A and corporate governance. He also works in the area of search funds. 

He has been working in the Cuatrecasas Barcelona and New York offices, where he has participated in many M&A transactions, joint ventures and private equity investments. Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked at a US law firm and completed a secondment in California.

He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association (2014). He lectured on English in the Bachelor of Business Administration and Management at ESADE Business & Law School.
