Advising on complex labor lawsuits and corporate labor matters
Diego Avendaño advises on labor law and social security law. He has represented national and international clients in many complex labor lawsuits. He also advises companies on health and safety at work and strategic and day-to-day corporate labor matters.

He is a member of the Chilean Society of Labor Law and Social Security Law.

He has been assistant lecturer in labor law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile since 2015. In 2024, he started collaborating as an assistant in the same university’s Clinic Jurídica (a program for providing access to justice to vulnerable groups).

He was also lecturer in the forensic writing course at Universidad Nacional Andrés Bello.
