Daniela Sancliment actively participates in legal and financial issues in the industrial real estate sector, assisting in transactions for raising private capital and in acquistions of industrial parks in different states of the Mexican Republic. She collaborates on matters relating to project finance and granting secured loans.
She is an adjunct lecturer in securities and credit transactions at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
Daniela also has a great interest in the human rights practice. In 2022, she spent time at Georgetown University’s O'Neill Institute, investigating the right to health. She graduated from the Escuela Libre de Derecho with the award-winning thesis: “Vacunación forzosa contra el SARS-CoV-2; una colisión entre la Libertad Personal y el Derecho a la Salud” (Forced vaccination against SARS-CoV-2: a conflict between personal freedom and the right to health).
