Daniela Duarte advises on corporate law, mergers, spin-offs, acquisitions and business structuring. She focuses her practice on advising national and international clients on transactional matters, including managing investment vehicles and negotiating share and asset sale agreements, joint ventures and shareholders agreements. Daniela also advises corporate clients on the legal aspects of recurring activities and transactions.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked at a leading law firm in Colombia.
