Daniel Pimentel Zaga advises on corporate, commercial and finance law, representing national and international clients in complex and crossborder transactions. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, project finance and joint ventures, as well as advising on nearshoring and implementing soft landings in Mexico. He has also advised private equity and venture capital funds on different acquisition and disinvestment transactions in Mexico. He participates in buying and selling private and public companies, strategic partnerships and collaboration agreements in different sectors.

In corporate finance, he has advised creditors, sponsors, developers and funds in different financial operations.

Daniel particularly focuses on industries such as pharmaceutics, education, retail, telecommunications, automotive, technology, healthcare and insurance. He also advises clients on day-to-day legal and corporate governance matters, helping them navigate complex regulatory environments and guarantee compliance with local and international standards.
