Camila Mendoza advises on negotiations for preventing and resolving contractual disputes. She also advises on strategies for administering contracts, including drafting legal reports, identifying legal contingencies and designing strategies for preventing and resolving contractual disputes.

She defends clients in court proceedings and in ad hoc and institutional arbitration proceedings administered by the Lima Chamber of Commerce, the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) and Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
