Ariadna Casanueva is an expert in M&A and restructuring, clinical trial agreements, manufacturing and supply contracts, license agreements, and distribution and joint promotion agreements; regulatory procedures, pricing and reimbursement, deontological codes, discount systems, material and promotional activities, SOP drafting, product liability, product recall and data protection.
She regularly advises on food law and matters associated to cosmetic products (regulatory, promotional and advertising).
She has lectured on pharmaceutical law in the XX Curs de Dret Farmacèutic (2018), the Seminar on hiring process in the pharmaceutical industry (2017) at IKN, and at ESAME Pharmaceutical Business School (2015-2016).
She is the co-author of several publications on pharmaceutical law.
