António Souto advises national and international clients on (i) restrictive practices in competition law, (ii) national and multi-jurisdictional merger control procedures, (iii) commercial relations and distribution systems, and (iv) designing and implementing compliance programs.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked at another law firm in Portugal.

He is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association.
