Ane Agirretxea

Ane Agirretxea drafts all types of corporate agreements. She helps incorporate companies and joint ventures, as well as advising them. She also manages company secretarial services.

She has participated in due diligence processes, entity and businesses acquisition, entry of investors (funding rounds), as well as preparing and negotiating share-purchase agreements. She is an expert in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, and national and international framework agreements and letters of intent.

She also advises start-ups, particularly on their incorporation, as well as on preparing and negotiating shareholders agreements.

She is a member of the Gipuzkoa Bar Association.

She is also secretary of the board of directors of different companies.
