Amalur Marcos Ruiz advises on M&A transactions, project development and implementation, joint ventures and general contracting, particularly in relation to the real estate sector. She also advises on corporate restructuring, and general corporate and commercial matters.
She focuses her practice on corporate restructuring and real estate, advising national and international clients including investment funds, financial institutions, developer and construction companies, hotel operators and family offices.
She joined Cuatrecasas after working at Garrigues Barcelona. Previously she was a lawyer at the office of Mr. Ricardo De Ángel Yagüez, emeritus professor of civil law at Universidad de Deusto in Bilbao, after finishing her undergraduate internship at the Garrigues office, also in Bilbao.
She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
