Alejandra Prieto advises clients on dispute resolution and on civil and commercial litigation, both in civil lawsuits and national and international arbitration.
She advises clients on disputes arising from construction and infrastructure agreements, contractual and tort liability, insolvency proceedings and bankruptcy reorganizations.
She is an assistant lecturer of civil law and commercial law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
Previously, she was an assistant lecturer of administrative law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
She is the author of El impacto de la participación en operaciones de paz en las instituciones del sector de seguridad y defensa en Chile (The impact of participating in peacekeeping operations in institutions of the security and defense sector in Chile) published in 2019.
In 2021, she participated in the Chilean Supreme Court’s project for modernizing its database.
