SubscribeCuatrecasas has advised Ford España on a bidding process between the multinational automaker’s plants in Almussafes (Valencia) and Saarlouis (Germany). The company finally decided to allocate the investment to produce future models of electric cars to the plant in Valencia.
The team handling this transaction was made up of Jorge Aranaz, Guillermo Tena and Salvador del Rey, with the collaboration of Gregor Erlebach, Carmen Ruiz, Andrew Ward and Alexandre Picón.
