SubscribeThis week, in the run-up to International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women on 25 November, we are taking a comparative look at several countries and their legislation combatting violence and harassment in the workplace. And, with many countries recently having ratified or developed ILO Convention 190 (C190) on Violence and Harassment at Work, this year is particularly relevant.
In the first of our two-part comparative guide, we look at the application of C190 and legislation in Argentina, Mexico, Peru (which have all ratified C190 and have it in force), and in Colombia, which has yet to ratify C190.
