During the associate stage, our lawyers follow the Legal+ training program. This four-year program is designed to improve technical expertise, bringing rigor to analysis and creativity to solutions.
Each specialty area has a training itinerary with three specific legal modules. The associates must complete one module, involving over 30 hours of practical onsite classes and 30 hours of self study, each year until completing the Legal+ program.

The Legal+ program is more than legal training. Each training itinerary is complemented with legal English courses and skills training based on the key competencies lawyers must develop at the associate stage. This applies to all practice areas.
