Cuatrecasas advises bank syndicate Santander-Chile, SMBC, Bladex, Bradesco, Continental and Finabank on $150 million financing for Tanner

SubscribeCuatrecasas has advised Banco Santander-Chile, SMBC, Bladex, Bradesco Bank, Banco Continental and Finabank N.V. on a financing transaction under New York State laws, granted in favor of Tanner Servicios Financieros.
The financing provides a committed credit line of up to $150 million, which will be used for refinancing the company’s existing liabilities and general corporate purposes.
“We are delighted to have participated in this financing transaction for such an important actor as Tanner, when we could assist Banco Santander-Chile and the other creditor banks from the start of the syndication process,” stated lawyer Federico Espinosa from the Santiago office.
The legal advisory team was made up of Macarena Ravinet, Federico Espinosa and José Agüero.
