Our Infrastructure Practice is made up of lawyers with long-standing expertise in public infrastructure projects under concession contracts and other forms of public-private partnerships (PPP). These projects cover infrastructure sectors such as road transport, energy, airports, water, the environment, waste, hospitals, ports, railways, subways, parking garages, sports activities, education (schools and universities), police stations and prisons.
We approach every project comprehensively, offering global solutions that cover all administrative, regulatory, corporate and commercial, financial, tax and contractual aspects (mostly construction, and operation and maintenance contracts).
