New call for applications for Cuatrecasas Challenge, now in third edition

For the third consecutive year, and following the positive reception of the first two editions, Cuatrecasas opens the call for applications for the Third Cuatrecasas Challenge, a national competition since 2022 that has become a benchmark in the field of business law. It is aimed at final year undergraduate law students (single or double degree programs) from any university in the Spanish territory, who have an outstanding academic record and an advanced or proficiency level of English.

The group of 16 selected students, organized into pairs, will face the challenge of resolving and defending a practical case before a court made up of Cuatrecasas lawyers. The competition has a written and oral part in which the participants can demonstrate their skills in procedural strategy, public speaking and debate, and highlight their ability to handle litigation.

As in the previous editions, both the winning team and the runners-up will receive financial support to study the master for admission to the practice of law or a dual master’s degree program with a specialization, and the opportunity to carry out an internship in their practice area of preference at Cuatrecasas.

The application deadline is midnight, September 30–October 1, 2023. Students who wish to apply must register individually using this link to our web page, uploading their updated CV, academic record and letter of motivation. Once the participants have been selected, the organization will designate the pairs that will be in the Challenge.
