Cuatrecasas partner Ricardo Echevarría passes away

Ricardo Echevarría de Rada, Cuatrecasas partner and member of its board of directors, died suddenly on Friday May 20, aged 57. Ricardo Echevarría, expert in public and private works contracts and in advising businesses from the real estate sector, was a partner at the firm for over 21 years and a member of the firm’s board of directors since June 2012. 

During his many years practicing law, he participated in many transactions to sell shopping centers, office and industrial buildings, and hotel complexes. A member of the Madrid Bar Association, he also participated in different court and arbitration proceedings related to his field of specialty.

He had a degree in town planning from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria (Madrid) and a degree in law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
