SubscribeCuatrecasas has concluded a new edition of its Finishing Stages Program, aimed at strengthening certain skills of the newly hired senior associates and those that have been promoted internally in 2024.
A total of 28 lawyers from the firm's offices in Barcelona, Bogotá, Lima, Lisbon, London, Madrid, Mexico City, Porto, Santiago, Vigo and Zaragoza participated in this year's edition, held from September 16 to 20. They all did the camino de Santiago together over several days, which enabled them to share their own professional experiences and reflect on their future at the firm.
After each stage, partners Martí Adroer, Jorge Canta, Antonio Carreño, Diana Rivera and Juan Antonio Ruiz, alongside human resources director Núria Martín, gave a series of lectures and workshops to help the participants improve their knowledge of the firm and gain a deeper understanding on the tools and techniques that are fundamental for developing their daily work at the firm.
This year's edition has once again highlighted the importance of this type of action that encourages the promotion of shared learning and support for personal knowledge.
