SubscribeOn July 4 and 5, Cuatrecasas held another successful edition of its Online Welcome Program, organized for all new lawyers who joined the firm between March and July 2023.
Throughout several sessions, a total of 54 lawyers from the firm offices in Barcelona, Bilbao, Bogotá, Girona, Lima, Lisbon, Madrid, Mexico City, Palma and Santiago had the chance to learn about Cuatrecasas business and philosophy in more detail.
This year, Rui Vaz Pereira, Labor and Employment partner, gave the opening presentation on the values and culture that define Cuatrecasas and the different areas of practice. From Verónica Encabo, our people development manager, the participants had the chance to learn in detail about the career plan offered by the firm.
As in past editions, Elisabeth de Nadal, partner and director of the Cuatrecasas ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) unit, offered the informational session on the firm’s ESG commitment and activities and on non-financial issues, and she answered the participants’ questions.
Throughout both days, attendees had the continuous support of Cuatrecasas recruiters Alba Vázquez and Yael Tamayo. To wrap up the experience, participants were able to interact through an online gamification dynamic to encourage networking among the new hires.
