CBRE signs definitive agreement to acquire Bovis Spain and Portugal

Cuatrecasas has advised the CBRE Group, specializing in real estate consultancy and services, on the purchase of leading multisectoral project management and consultancy firm, Bovis Spain and Portugal.

The transaction is subject to the customary regulatory approval and is expected to be finalized in the coming months. On completion, Bovis will be integrated with CBRE Iberia’s Project Management & Building Consultancy division.

This project was handled by a multidisciplinary team of lawyers from the Cuatrecasas Madrid, Lisbon and Mexico City offices, led by partner Javier Martí-Fluxá with the collaboration of lawyer María Igea.
