Apollo launches first climate private equity wealth product in Spain

Cuatrecasas has advised US firm Apollo —one of the largest alternative asset managers— on the launch of Apollo Clean Transition Equity FCR, a new vehicle designed to offer wealth investors in Spain greater access to private equity opportunities focused on the transition to clean energy and sustainable industry.

 The Cuatrecasas advisory team was formed by lawyers Jorge Canta, Ana Serrano, Juan Manuel Navajas and Isabel von Plettenberg Moreno, Fund Formation, and Paz Irazusta and Miguel Ángel Orozco, Fund Formation tax.
