SubscribeCuatrecasas has advised Actis GP and its related companies on a multisource financing transaction that involved entering into a loan agreement subject to Chilean law and the issue of commercial papers subject to Brazilian law.
The proceeds from this transaction will be used to acquire data center operating companies in the United States and Latin America.
The Cuatrecasas team was led by our partner Macarena Ravinet and mid-level associate Federico Espinosa, from the Santiago de Chile office, with the support of Tomás Kubick, José Miguel Gazitúa, Isidora Opazo, Álvaro Caviedes, Francisca Martínez and María Ignacia Oyonarte.
Linklaters Spain, Pinheiro Neto Advogados (Brazil) and Morales & Besa (Chile) also participated in the transaction.
