We advise on drafting and negotiating licensing, franchise and other agreements in transactions involving trademark rights, and we represent clients in court and arbitration trademark proceedings. We also advise on domain name disputes.
- Inventions (patents, utility models, know-how) and designs: We advise on protecting clients’ inventions and designs, and we represent clients in court proceedings involving validity, violation, ownership and other issues relating to patents, utility models, know-how and designs. We also assist our clients when negotiating technology transfer agreements, particularly in the pharmaceuticals sector.
